3. Payments
We use Stripe to process payments for our products, services, and programs, including the Peace or Probate masterclass.
When you make a payment, Stripe processes personal information associated with the transaction. Depending on the payment method and checkout configuration, this may include your name, contact information, billing details, payment method information, transaction amount, and device information. Stripe uses personal information to process payments and for purposes such as fraud prevention, security, and compliance with legal obligations, as described in its Privacy Policy.
Legacy Unbroken uses transaction information made available to us to confirm purchases, provide access to purchased programs or materials, maintain business records, and respond to payment-related inquiries.
For information about Stripe's privacy practices, visit https://stripe.com/privacy.
Legacy Unbroken does not receive or store full payment card details.
4. Service Providers and Information Sharing
We may disclose personal information:
• To service providers that help operate our website and deliver our services, such as hosting, registration, email, payment, analytics, and online-class providers.
• When required by law, legal process, or a lawful governmental request.
• When reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security, or investigate suspected fraud.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable requirements.
• At your direction or with your consent.
Our principal service providers include:
• SiteGround (web hosting): Hosts our website. SiteGround may process personal information stored on its servers on our behalf to provide hosting, security, and support services.
• HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel (website, funnel, and customer-relationship platform): Stores and processes information we collect through our website and related tools on our behalf, under our instructions. We use HighLevel for forms, registration, email, text messages, appointments, and contact management.
• Stripe (payment processing): Processes payments for purchases made through our website. We share payment-related information with Stripe as needed to process transactions. Stripe also processes certain information for its own fraud-prevention, security, and legal-compliance purposes, as explained in its Privacy Policy.
• Zoom (online classes and meetings): Hosts some of our live online classes and events. HighLevel may also be used for online sessions.
• HighLevel (website analytics): Helps us understand how visitors use our website.
Legacy Unbroken does not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website platform providers, including HighLevel and SiteGround, may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, and deliver the website.
We use HighLevel to understand how visitors use our website.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functions.
6. Email and Text Communications
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email or by contacting us at [email protected].
Legacy Unbroken may send text messages through HighLevel to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not stop necessary communications about your purchases, registrations, account, or requested services.
7. Online Classes and Recordings
We use Zoom and/or HighLevel to conduct online classes and events.
Legacy Unbroken may record its virtual masterclasses, webinars, workshops, and educational presentations for educational purposes, participant access, internal training, and future content development.
Recordings may capture the presenter's video and audio, presentation slides, screen-shared materials, and other educational content.
Depending on participants' settings and the features used during a session, recordings may also include participant names, profile images, voices, video, questions, comments, and chat messages.
Recordings may be made available to registered participants or included in educational resource packages. Any broader promotional or public use of identifiable participant contributions will be subject to appropriate notice and consent. Legacy Unbroken respects the privacy and personal preferences of all participants.
Choosing not to appear in recordings
Participants who prefer not to appear or be heard in a recording may turn off their cameras and microphones, use an anonymous or abbreviated display name where permitted, and avoid submitting identifying information through recorded chat or interactive features.
Participants may also contact Legacy Unbroken before or during an event to request reasonable accommodations to minimize their inclusion in recordings. Where technically feasible, accommodations may include submitting questions privately, using designated non-recorded communication channels, or excluding identifiable participant contributions from recordings distributed after the event.
Because recording capabilities vary by platform, Legacy Unbroken cannot guarantee that all participant information can be excluded from a recording. Participants will be informed of recording practices before or at the beginning of recorded sessions.
Please avoid sharing confidential personal, legal, financial, or family information in group discussions or chats.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We collect and retain personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries, delivering educational resources, managing masterclass registrations, processing purchases, providing customer support, and communicating with individuals who have requested information about our services. Our standard retention practices are outlined below.
Contacts and general inquiries
We retain information submitted through contact forms, consultation requests, inquiries, and other business communications for up to 24 months following the individual's last meaningful interaction with Legacy Unbroken. After this period, inactive contact records will be reviewed and securely deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is necessary for a legitimate business purpose or legal obligation.
Email subscribers and marketing communications
We retain subscriber information while an individual maintains an active subscription to our newsletters, educational materials, announcements, or other communications. Subscriber records that have shown no meaningful activity for 24 months may be reviewed for removal from active marketing databases.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Following an unsubscribe request, the individual's information will be removed from active marketing communications, while minimal information may be maintained on a suppression list to prevent unwanted future contact.
Masterclass, webinar, and event registrations
Registration information collected for Legacy Unbroken masterclasses, webinars, educational workshops, and related events will generally be retained for three years following the event date. This information may include names, contact details, registration dates, attendance information, and participation records. These records are maintained for event administration, customer service, educational follow-up, and legitimate business documentation.
Purchases, orders, and financial transactions
Records associated with purchases of educational products, masterclass packages, digital resources, and other services will generally be retained for seven years, measured from the transaction date or applicable tax year, as appropriate. These records may include transaction dates, purchase amounts, invoices, receipts, order details, and payment confirmation information.
Legacy Unbroken does not require the storage of complete payment card numbers for ordinary business recordkeeping. Payment information may be processed and stored separately by authorized third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, under their applicable security and retention policies.
Session recordings
Session recordings are retained for as long as they are used or offered as educational products, or until removed by Legacy Unbroken.
Exceptions to standard retention periods
Information may be retained beyond these standard periods when reasonably necessary to:
• Meet applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax requirements.
• Resolve disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or customer-service matters.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Maintain records of communication preferences and unsubscribe requests.
• Fulfill continuing contractual obligations.
9. Security and Secure Disposal
Legacy Unbroken takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard the information in its possession, and relies on reputable service providers, including SiteGround, HighLevel, and Stripe, to help protect personal information.
When personal information is no longer necessary for its intended purpose, and no legal or legitimate business requirement justifies continued retention, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of using appropriate methods.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us at [email protected] to ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, deletion, correction, portability, or certain uses and disclosures of your information. We will review and respond to such requests in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted purposes.
